Harrisonburg Kiwanis Club



On March 7, 2017, Chad Layman, owner of Fine Earth, a landscaping business in Harrisonburg, spoke to the club on the Fine Earth Adventure Race that benefits K9s for Warriors.  K9s for Warriors helps provide veterans that suffer from PTSD and other issues relating to combat with a service dog.  The program operates out of Jacksonville, FL.  This will be the 2nd year for the race and last year 860 people participated.  They expect more this year!!!  For more information go to:  https://www.classy.org/events/-/e115082

We meet every Tuesday at 12:00 pm for the meal and the program begins at 12:30 pm

The Harrisonburg Kiwanis Club is dedicated to serving the local community through various service and fundraising projects. Our club has been in service to our community since 1922. We are part of Kiwanis International, an organization serving children for over 100 years.
